Paula has worked with an active youth and adolescent population for most of her physical therapy career.  For the past 10-15 years, whe has noticed the type of injuries in the youth have changed. Injuries that had once been more prevalent in adults, appear to be showng up in pre-teens and teens now.  Lifestyles have oveall become more sedentary, and it is showing up in reduced overall flexibility, mobility, and function across all ages.  Paula strives to educate everyone on how to stay mobile, strong, and healthy.
