Spending an hour with each person, creates a unique environment, and offers the highest quality of care.  To offer this care, Paula is an out-of-network provider.  If you have a PPO Health Insurance Plan, you will have out-of-network Physical Therapy Benefits.

 

Payment is made directly to Paula, following each session.  Following payment, you receive a Superbill, as a receipt, and this is sent to your insurance for reimbursement.
